Beginner - The foundation of Iyengar yoga is taught in standing poses and other, basic asanas. Recommended for those who have no prior experience with the Iyengar method, even if you have studied other types of yoga.
Intermediate -Regular practice of Inverted poses (headstand, handstand, shoulder stand) h
- Arrive 5 minutes before class so that you can be ready and waiting for the teacher to begin.
- Wear shorts or footless tights. Baggy clothes are not recommended as the teacher needs to see the alignment of your limbs.
- Yoga Props All props are provided.
- Bring an empty stomach.
- Inform the teacher of any injuries or conditions before class begins.
