Classic Iyengar yoga poses are specially modified for those with frequent or occasional common backache associated with conditions such as sciatica, slipped or herniated disk, poor posture, spinal stenosis, hunched back, osteoporosis, mild scoliosis, general stiffness/weakness, etc. All levels welcome!
